Very well maintained property - houses built in late 1800s. Andrea and the staff were very warm and friendly. Would definately stay here again.
One block off State Street and 2 mile walk to ocean.

Location was nice, walkable to downtown Santa Barbara but nice and quiet. Breakfast choices were good. Room and communal facilities were comfortable and staff friendly and helpful. Garden was very nice. Parking was good but sometimes they ran out of space so we had to find road parking. The rooms were just a little dated but very clean. There was no lift, which may be a problem for someone with luggage (there are only two floors).

Loved this little hidden gem. Walking distance to main shopping and dining but quiet with a neighbourhood feel.
Staff were amazing. Nothing was too much trouble. Highly recommend

Beautiful Woodard cottage for our family of 4. Drive way is in front of the cottage’ front door, so convenient. Has a private back patio, full kitchen, King bec and queen bed in the two bedrooms. Soft pillows but very firm mattresses. We would highly recommend this place. The breakfast was included and two choices were given the night before. A text chain is established at check in for your every need to be met. Really great service by Andrea, Carolyn and Simon.
