The valet staff was outstanding! Also, excellent work at the resort's restaurants. We did have trouble with both housekeeping (lack of washclothes), and the front desk (aloof). Still, this hotel's amazing location (so close to the beach) made this a special stay.

Room facing a parking lot. I booked for our wedding night. There was no special gesture of congratulations which could have went a long way. No turn down service offered.
