Publié le 5 sept. 2024 sur HotelsOne of the reasons we chose the hotel was for the well reviewed bar which was closed all Labor Day weekend, so we didn’t spend as much time relaxing at the hotel as planned. The entire time we were there, they were preparing for a visit from a regional manager or something so it was being overly cleaned all day, in every spot, all around you. Hanging out in their courtyard? A team of 4 people were wiping down the trees, planters, everything you can name. In the lobby? Contact cleaning, vacuuming, wiping down around you. It wasn’t relaxing when it was right next you the whole time. Want to use the pool? Sorry it closed for an hour while they paint the deck on a Sunday of a Holiday weekend. It definitely felt like our enjoyment and comfort was not the priority. We also sweated through the night. Even though the thermostat let you make the room 70 degrees, it was actually 73-74 through the night.

Great costumer service. It felt quaint and personal. The room was so beautiful and the bed was the comfiest thing I’ve ever laid on.
