I like that it was on the edge just outside the main tourist area so it was quiet away from the hustle and bustle the rooms were large and clean kitchenette it's great everything you need was there check in and check out was easy it was a bargain price for a weekend

We loved the location and our rooms were comfortable and each one was slightly different. We loved being able to go and sit in the garden and relax under the trees! Definitely looking forward to returning in the future

A bit disappointed!
TV service was out in first room, was able to be moved. Second room, was not the cleanest, floor dusty/dirty. Bed and couch very comfortable. NO TV in bedroom. Fire in area, shut down cable and internet service in afternoon.

The whole place was falling apart. The tub we had was completely peeling up. There was dust everywhere. Plus there was never anyone there to speak to or ask questions to.

While the room was clean and tidy it was very outdated. The window blinds were broken, and the ceiling fan did not have any way to adjust the fan without having to climb on the bed and pull the tiny piece of chain. The bathroom tub/shower was nice and freshened up with a newer tile job but the toilet was running and had to be turned off by the valve under the toilet at night.

I truly loved The grounds, the courtyard areas and tables and the water fountains was very lush and quiet and peaceful to sit out there. The room was excellent vintage place. I love it . The staff was easy to get along with. I like the fact that you could call and text and leave a key in the lock box for you if you were later than expected same was check out you could drop it in a box. I would recommend this place to anyone.

A cute older property. Needed a flashlight to access the after hours room key lockbox. Had to call twice to get the lockbox code. Need new beds. Otherwise the room was clean and acceptable.

This is my first time at The M. I am pleasantly impressed with this hotel. Plenty of parking. There is a beautiful, peaceful English garden. It’s very quaint. The room was a suite. A separate living area from the bedroom and bathroom. Spacious closet. The bathroom was large and clean. I will definitely stay again.
