What a find

Outstanding

The hosts thought of every convenience including beach chairs, beach towels, extra flip flops, games, iron/ironing board, and coffee and tea, etc. The kitchen had all the right utensils and cooking pans (all well maintained), and the appliances were high quality. There was also nice touches that make a difference like fresh flowers which shows care for the home. The location was amazing—we loved that we could walk to Leadbetter beach, Stearns wharf, and other nearby places. It would be even more fun in the summer with the nice outdoor spaces at the house. We hope to come back sometime in warmer months. We’ve stayed in many VRBOs in nice places and Kelly is by far the best host. Highly recommend this home.

Great Place for Family Weekend

We also loved the privacy from the wall of bushes in the front yard to the very high fences all around, so you can't see any neighbors or people on the street. Beautiful rose garden in the front and lots of places to sit inside and on the outside patios. Just a short walk to watch the sunset on the ocean and enjoy the park and harbor. Perfect location. And Kelly was great! Very responsive and helpful. We'll definitely be back!

Amazing host in an awesome location
Publié le 6 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayKelly was one of the best hosts I’ve ever had on VRBO - very proactive, responsive and willing to go the extra mile to make sure our stay was extra special. Her house is in a great location - walking distance to a park with a beach but far enough from the downtown to have nice quiet nights with the kids. 100% would stay here again and recommend you to as well.

We had the best time!

The home was perfectly appointed with many little extras that made our stay very comfortable. It was clean and welcoming right from the start. Our hosts were easy to reach and communications were smooth and simple. We would definitely recommend this property to friends and family and we look forward to returning again soon

Best place to be
Publié le 19 août 2024 sur HomeAway We came for a work trip/vaca and really loved Santa Barbara. We were a short walk to the park at the end of the street and took the stairs down to the beach.
Santa Barbara was amazing and would recommend it for anyone to visit with nice beaches, walking areas, restraints. The property itself was a nice quiet, spacious getaway for me and my family. We would definitely stay here again.

Publié le 7 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwayFantastic home and location! The home is equipped with everything we needed for a super comfortable stay. Amazing gathering spots, both indoors and out. We had great access to downtown and walking to Shoreline Park and down to the marina. Beautiful home!!
