Publié le 31 juill. 2024 sur HomeAwaySpacious recently renovated, central location, fully equipped with all the high end amenities of a 4 star hotel. Quiet neighborhood, with a great backyard to relax with a refreshment after a day of exploring, with BBQ, and dining. All in all a perfect stay.

Birthday weekend in Santa Barbara
Publié le 28 mars 2024 sur HomeAwayFrom start to finish this has been a great experience. The property is newer construction with quality finishes. It was spotlessly clean. Tesla charger on site which was super convenient. The location was perfect. Walking distance to State St with all the restaurants, bars and shops. Check in was easy. Highly recommend. We look forward to staying here again.

It's like having your own second home.

Fantastic property, close to state street with 2 King Beds/Primary Suites and off street parking!

Its nice to find a home that caters to adults with 2 bedrooms with California King beds, and 2 full bathrooms. 10 minute walk to State St. and a 10 minute ride to the Airport. Also very close to the ocean. The only negative that i noticed others did comment on in previous reviews was the noise from the other units. This was VERY noticeable. Perhaps our neighbors were extra loud but it was a little distracting . However, I would absolutely stay here again.

The property has so many amenities and the little things as you mentioned having 2 King beds in each room! This is a bonus and can be a challenge to find within this location. The designated parking spot for each villa and the ability to walk almost anywhere you want to go make this a favorite property of guest. We are aware that the ways allow for a certain amount of noise between villas. Unfortunately, do to the time period when the building was built this is out of our control. However, having A/C is a plus, especially during summer. In additional to the wonderful backyard area! We look forward to having you back again! Thank you for staying with Haller Coastal Homes.

The cleanliness was so so, I messaged the owner about the issue... Hopefully it will be dealt with. I would consider going back again.

Undisclosed construction noise

Unfortunately, when guests threaten a bad review if a refund is not given, we don't take this lightly. We immediately went to the property to see what the issue was. The neighbor across the street was building a new fence and it was in the middle of the day with minimal noise and no one in any of the other villas were disturbed at all. We are sorry but if we could have controlled this we would have. Neighbors do not always tell you when they decide to do work on their home. When renting a vacation home in a residential neighborhood, this can happen and we do discuss this in the rental agreement. We do hope you were able to enjoy the beauty of Santa Barbara while you were in town.

We agree that having a kitchen is a bonus when on a vacation! The outdoor area being so spacious is perfect for coffee in the morning and drinks at night! We love to hear when a guest enjoys their stay and has everything they need at the property! We look forward to your next stay.

Long Weekend
Publié le 4 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayOverall we had a great time. The property was clean and easy to access. Two parking spots were provided in the back which was very convenient. The house is on the first floor (like most homes in Santa Barbara), and there was little privacy if you were to open the shades - people working on the location could easily see in. Given that we kept the shades closed for most of the visit, which made the space feel a little claustrophobic. Additionally, the Wifi ended up working, but it took a few tries to get onto the network and would kick you off occasionally!
