Great location
Posted Nov. 7, 2024 on HomeAwayWe enjoyed staying at this property - it is within easy walking distance of the waterfront and funk zone. It is also within walking distance of State Street (shopping, restaurants), but a little longer walk. This was my first visit to Santa Barbara and this was a great place to stay. For my spouse and I, we had plenty of room to move about, work, and enjoy the property.
The hosts left lots of instructions on the use of the property that were very helpful.

Beautiful duplex!

Thank you for the feedback Kathy. We just want to use this opportunity to address what you mention. There is not a connecting door to the other villa next door so we are not sure what you are meaning? When booking online we do let people know there is a villa next door and strict House Rules including noise are violations. If we had known we would have addressed this immediately. Unfortunately we cannot control a neighbor doing any type of remodeling but they must abide by weekday hours and rules about this. Most of the time guests are out during the weekdays enjoying the city and there is no work happening on weekends or after 5:00pm allowed in our city. Thank you for brining this up. Comfortable stay while dropping our daughter off at college.

Great location for walking

girls weekend

If internet had been something we had urgently needed, it would have been a true problem. Because we were taking a weekend away and were less in need of our devices, it posed more of an inconvenience but may be an issue for other/future users of this property.

We want to remind guests that we offer high speed internet service (250+ speed) and also offer wifi extenders that help when guests operate numerous devices at once with streaming or go outside. Terrific Stay

I found the description completely accurate and ease of use A+. We’ll stay here next time if it’s available.

Cute and convenient
