Very friendly front office staff. Only issues are string lights shining through the windows that don't totally close and openings in the air conditioning, which didn't work very well. room was large and good hot breakfast.

We always stay at this hotel whe n we visit Solvang. It is one block from the Performing Arts Center (Solvang Theater) so very convenient if you are looking for a hotel near the theater. Also, there are several wonderful restaurants within half a block so once the car is parked, you can set it and forget it!

Great Location
The Wine Valley inn is in a perfect location for walking around Solvang. It is close to wine tasting rooms, restaurants and shops. We needed to have a bottom floor room because we were not able to carry suitcases up stairs and we were nicely accommodated. Staff was friendly and helpful.

This was part of a larger trip that we stayed 2 nights at Wine Valley Inn and we stayed one day in Lompoc for an event. We returned for 2 additional nights and requested the same room when we returned when we checked out and we were happy that they were able to secure the same room for us when we returned.

The property was amazing. It was clean, great service and ample parking. We where on the second floor amd we had poeple over us. We were able to hear them walk at night. Otherthen that wpuld definitely recommend.

Hotel was fine in all the ways. Then, some guests not so fine. i.e.: one guest in brkfst room showed up in pajama bottoms, socks and tank top. Not appealing to appetite and several small loud children.

Beautiful little place situated directly in the downtown area of solvang. Perfect location for walking to everything in the neighborhood with the same lovely charm. The room was nice and well maintained with a mini fridge and complimentary bottled water. The room and bathroom were clean and the area was quiet, the only downside to the room was the bed was lumpy. They have a nice shared sitting place with a fireplace in the main lobby. The breakfast area was very nice and had a lovely outdoor dining section as well. The breakfast itself was a full breakfast with your typical apples & bananas, oatmeal packets, cereal & different types of milk, bacon, eggs, make your own waffles, and local danishes. The danishes were good but the omelets were not good as they were made with velveta. Front desk staff was helpful and polite but parking by your room is very limited and staff had to give us a pass to park across the street.

Our Stay at the Wine Valley Inn was great! It was in walking distance to a lot of breweries which was a plus. Also lots of shopping and eateries.The only complaints were subtle ones. In our room, the floor was creaky and uneven.They seem to just put carpet over it and not address the problem. Also , maybe a little outdated (in the room) Overall cleanliness was great.Definitely will recommend to stay here and would stay again!
