Superbe location
Publié le 18 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayUn très beau séjour. La location correspond parfaitement à l’annonce. La piscine est propre et grande. Le jardin est magnifique. Le logement est très propre et fonctionnel. Marcello est un hôte très agréable avec qui la communication a été très facile.

Les photos de la villa, du jardin et de la piscine sont le reflet exact du lieu. Le propriétaire, Marcello, est un hôte très gentil et prévenant. Il a tout mis en œuvre pour que nous passions un très bon séjour.

Wonderful villa

We had a wonderful stay and would definitely go back.
Marcello was the perfect host - communication was quick and helpful. He met us at the property and showed us around - there was also a welcome pack including water, soft drinks, wine, beer and some food essentials.
The villa has three good-sized bedrooms downstairs, two of which are en-suite, as well as a separate family bathroom and a large kitchen/diner/living room. Upstairs there is a self-contained apartment with it's own kitchen and bathroom. Outside there is covered parking for up to three cars, a large pool, and a separate "pool house" with toilet, shower and sink as well as a covered outside seating area. Loads of sunbeds etc. too.
The villa was easy enough to find using the Google Maps link provded by Marcello. Would highly recommend a car - it is possible to walk to the nearest town, Punta Secca - but it takes around 25 minutes and the roads aren't very well lit so we found ourselves driving most of the time that we went out, but not a big problem.
Weather was very warm, but between the air con and swimming pool we were fine - even though downstairs bedrooms don't have their own units the unit in the hall outside was nough to keep us cool.
Overall, a lovely villa - would highly recommend.

A True Sicilian Beach Villa. FANTASTIC EXPERIENCE
Publié le 5 juin 2024 sur HomeAwaySet 5 minutes from the sea, this is a comfortable villa with large pool that isn't overlooked. The area around is the villa is agricultural with sheep next door, and Italian holiday homes that are mainly used in July and August. It's a great base to explore the history, culture and cuisine of the Ragusa region. We were greeted by the owners son, who was a fantastic host who was in WhatsApp to answer any questions.
