A modern sofa offers plenty of comfy seating in the open-concept living room. Kick back while a new film plays on the 50in smart TV. Natural light pours in through the impressive skylight.
KITCHEN & DINING
New countertops gleam in the spacious kitchen. Whip up favorite meals with a gas range and an array of kitchen gadgets. The wine cooler keeps your favorite bottles at the perfect temperature.
There's seating for four around the double-sided kitchen bar, and an ocean-inspired table seats three to home-cooked meals.

This single-story cottage sleeps up to four guests in two bedrooms.
The master bedroom features a queen-size bed, flat-screen TV, and a desk. A comfy full-size bed awaits in the serene guest room.
The sparkling bathroom has fine tile work and a tub/shower combination. The bathroom is accessible via the second bedroom and the hallway.
OUTDOOR AREA
Sip a cold beverage in the outdoor area at the front of the home, where there's seating for two.
The small patio at the back of the home is fully enclosed, offering plenty of privacy.

Although the cottage is not equipped with air conditioning, it is rarely needed with Santa Cruz's mild summer weather.
THE LOCATION
This charming cottage is 300 steps from the Pleasure Point renowned surf lanes and their half-mile long surf-overlook walking path with benches and dramatic Monterey Bay views year-round. Grab a fresh cup of joe at Cat & Cloud Coffee in 0.3 miles, then set out on the picturesque Parkway Trailhead in 3.8 miles. The Santa Cruz Museum of Natural History is 3.3 miles from home.
Parking notes: There is free parking available for 1 vehicle.
Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
