Upon arriving to the house, we noticed how cool and cozy it felt Lots of space, short walk to the coast in a lovely neighborhood. Lots to do for fun.

Great family fun
The accommodations were superpb and as promised! The hot tub was especially welcoming, and enjoyable for all ages. The location close to the beach was what drew us to this house. We had a great time at the tide pools! We also enjoyed going to the nearby Boardwalk. All in all this was a stellar stay which we hope to repeat!

Beautiful!!
The home was absolutely beautiful, and we loved the hot tub and making smores in the backyard! All the rooms felt cozy and thank you for allowing our dog to come too. We had such a wonderful time!

Reunion
We loved the ease of checking in and allowing us to arrive an hour early was great. This was a great size space for 8 women in late 70’s. Cons: could be cleaner overall. An earwig was crawling in the downstairs bedroom and nothing felt quite clean in the bathrooms. Partly age was at fault and could use some updates. Upstairs bath tub Fay et leaked constantly so a waste of water. The kitchen sink has a high pitched whine when the water runs so very annoying. Backyard had tons of spider webs on the wooden chairs and no one wanted to sit in them. Would like to say we tried our best to follow all the directions of which there were many. We did think asking us to strip the beds etc was a bit too much since we were also paying a hefty cleaning fee.

Great place for family get together
The location is great. The walk to the beach is a little longer than I thought it would be, but our 5 year old was able to handle it. The common area had enough sitting space for all 7 of us and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and convenient. There were lots of books and puzzles for the kids. The host responded immediately and helpfully to any problems or questions.

Four nights with reuniting sisters from California and New Jersey (here for a wedding in Napa Valley). The house was perfect and as advertisied. One small issue with a toliet which the landlord resolved in an hour after a quick phone call. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Family weekend away.
We spent a lovely weekend with our grown children, their spouses and our grandchildren in Santa Cruz. We loved the layout of the house, it met our needs perfectly. The proximity to beaches and other activities. Just a very pleasant and relaxing family time.

Great stay, great location
Geoff and Sue were very helpful and communicative. The house is very comfortable, and it is a short walk to the beach. It is also a short drive to get groceries or to downtown. We loved the quiet of this neighborhood and the access to beach and butterfly garden! A great house for our family of 10.

The house was very nice and comfortable. It had everything we needed. A fort and swing for my grandson. Beautiful backyard. It was close to the beach, grocery stores and quant places to eat nearby.
