Great family fun
Posted Dec. 16, 2024 on HomeAwayThe accommodations were superpb and as promised! The hot tub was especially welcoming, and enjoyable for all ages.
The location close to the beach was what drew us to this house. We had a great time at the tide pools! We also enjoyed going to the nearby Boardwalk.
All in all this was a stellar stay which we hope to repeat!

Posted Oct. 22, 2024 on HomeAwayThe home was absolutely beautiful, and we loved the hot tub and making smores in the backyard! All the rooms felt cozy and thank you for allowing our dog to come too. We had such a wonderful time!

Reunion
Posted Sep. 18, 2024 on HomeAwayWe loved the ease of checking in and allowing us to arrive an hour early was great. This was a great size space for 8 women in late 70’s. Cons: could be cleaner overall. An earwig was crawling in the downstairs bedroom and nothing felt quite clean in the bathrooms. Partly age was at fault and could use some updates. Upstairs bath tub Fay et leaked constantly so a waste of water. The kitchen sink has a high pitched whine when the water runs so very annoying. Backyard had tons of spider webs on the wooden chairs and no one wanted to sit in them. Would like to say we tried our best to follow all the directions of which there were many. We did think asking us to strip the beds etc was a bit too much since we were also paying a hefty cleaning fee.

The rental is extremely clean. I have a crew of four people that have been cleaning it for the last 11 years and 99% of the time they get five star reviews on cleaning. In the yard I do my best to get rid of cobwebs but sometimes they are missed Striping down the beds and putting towels in the laundry room is standard practice with Airbnb. Sorry Karen that the water made a funny sound when coming out of the kitchen sink.

Great place for family get together
Posted Aug. 2, 2024 on HomeAwayThe location is great. The walk to the beach is a little longer than I thought it would be, but our 5 year old was able to handle it. The common area had enough sitting space for all 7 of us and the bedrooms and bathrooms were comfortable and convenient. There were lots of books and puzzles for the kids. The host responded immediately and helpfully to any problems or questions.

Sister reuniom
Posted May 17, 2024 on HomeAwayFour nights with reuniting sisters from California and New Jersey (here for a wedding in Napa Valley). The house was perfect and as advertisied. One small issue with a toliet which the landlord resolved in an hour after a quick phone call. Would stay here again in a heart beat!
