breakfast was not good. did not get many maid service, had to seaech for towels, asked for queen bed and sofa. instead got full bed and 1 chair for 2 people. not comfortable at all

Overall good. Hard a hard time finding a working ice machine. Rooms were clean and the continental breakfast was more than expected.

We stayed for only one night but enjoyed the hotel very much. Although it's a bit further from the center, you can get there with a short ride. The hotel is situated in a quiet location. The room was clean, the breakfast offered a variety of foods, and both check-in and check-out processes were smooth.

We stayed for 9 nights and the place was cleaned only for one time..that too when we insisted. I was told that "refreshing" is done every three days. But it seems that what they say at the counter is different than what actually cleaning personals are instructed. The filter of the AC/Heater has not been changed and everyone in the family has allergy with runny nose. Don't be fooled by Marriott brand--for profit and meeting cost-savings targets, services and breakfast quality has turned pathetic. Will never stay at Bonvoy
