Avoid this hotel

Bedding is really old and mattress and pillow really cheap quality, breakfast is included but nothing special, bad coffee and flies everywhere. No elevators so I had to haul my luggage to the 3rd floor, the lock of my door was loose almost falling apart, on top of that but accident I broke the keychain of the key, (cheap plastic) they want me to pay 30 bs for that. Around 5 usd. When I said I don’t think is fair to paid that amount for a keychain that is old, the receptionist start yelling at me, so I decide not to pay at all. Right now in Santa Cruz there’s strikes everywhere and this people are taking advantage of customers.
