Un bel hôtel et très confortable mais trop bruyant car il y avait beaucoup d’enfants

Beautiful property. Very nice pool area . Good choice of food selection. Spacious room - abundant TV channels portions. Airport shuttle made it convenient too. Freindly staff

El personal en el hotel desde el principio no tratan bien a los huéspedes . Ordene toallas y papel higiénico y nunca lo trajeron . El hot tub no servía tampoco y estaba sucio . Pésimo servicio que te tenia que quedarme una semana en el hotel pero , no me gusto para nada que al siguiente día me fui..

Very clean, easy check in and out and the restaurant food was amazing specially the sushi.

It was dirty in our room, especially the floor was filthy. The service at the bar was very poor and very slow!!! There was no service at the spa and the swimming pool. The hot tub by the pool was out of service.

Not acceptable that the bar closes early or 1 towel for a twin room. Slow check in. Worst of all, air conditioning not working below 26 C
