Our room was directly by a noisy street. Except that, the room was ok.

La personnel est vraiment coopératif. Le stationnement est facile. L'emplacement est bien pour marcher jusqu'au boardwalk et au centre ville.

Publié le 15 mai 2019 sur HotelsHôtel un peu ancien (déco et meubles) mais chambre très spacieuse avec frigo micro onde plaques electriques et malgré l 'ancienneté très propre. tout était impeccable niveau propreté.Malgré des horaires à la réception la dame a attendu notre arrivée tardive (retard d 'avion a san francisco)

Location is walkable to beach. Homeless encampment nearby. Tiny bathroom, small room. Noisy area with traffic, they supply ear plugs.

Hello Karen.Thank you for sparing a few moments out of your day to share your thoughts with us. Although we are honored you stayed with us, we are disappointed we did not exceed your expectations. Most guests enjoy our close location to the beach and downtown but we understand the busy area is not for everyone. Furthermore, we provide ear plugs in all our rooms to ensure all our guests have a restful sleep. Some guests may forget theirs at home or perhaps they are traveling with a loud companion. Whatever the case may be, we want our guests to be well rested! We mean no offense by readily providing earplugs in the room. In regards to the homeless in the area, we have worked with city officials to move them from the area and will continue to work with them until the city gets a better handle on the homeless issue. Unfortunately, there is not much we can do without their help. Regards,

The bed was extremely uncomfortable. My husband and I tossed and turned all night. Also the room walls are so thin, you can hear your neighbors t.v. That was very annoying!
