Come prepared to enjoy our fully REMODELED ocean view condo on the second floor in the privacy of the Pajaro Dunes resort-gated complex. You will enjoy being on the second floor to enjoy the view above the dunes!
Shorebirds Getaway: family owned, lovingly updated, carefully curated.
Pajaro Dunes is a secluded beach, "centrally isolated" on the Monterey Bay! Kitchen and living room remodeled in May 2023!
All NEW appliances! Completely renovated kitchen. All new stainless appliances including dishwasher, sink, French door refrigerator, double oven range, sleek glass vent hood and microwave (hidden behind door in pantry cabinet).
Huge working island with ocean view seats three comfortably and has all the necessary meal prep utensils and supplies stored easily within reach. Coffee station with drip & pod coffee maker, hot water kettle, coffee grinder and an assortment of teas, pods & sweeteners provided (supply varies based on private or guest use). Crockpot, air fryer and waffle maker for your use.
Renovated bathrooms in 2016 and brand new paint, floors and doors as of March 2020.
New remote controlled fireplace (turn it on and off all day!)

Our spotless unit faces the sunset; relax by the big picture window and enjoy the view...it's one of the best at Pajaro Dunes Resort.
Located along Sunset State Beach, Pajaro Dunes is close to everything in the Monterey Bay: it's about 15 minutes to Santa Cruz and 30 minutes to Monterey, Pebble Beach, and Carmel. There are dozens of sights to see and things to do...When you feel like feeling sand under your feet, simply walk down a couple flights of stairs past the dunes and you are right on the beach! It is so easy to enjoy the sand and be able to rinse off afterwards at the building's outside shower and rinse off area. Two Beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella, and sand toys are provided for your use. Pickleball courts are here along with tennis courts. Have a bonfire in the fire-pits that are on the beach (fire pits only available during summer months- bring your own required metal bowl for off season).

This is the 5th year we have stayed at Pajaro Dunes for our big family Thanksgiving. This condo has BY FAR been the best and we will book it again for next year. Perfect Location, Beautiful View, Gorgeous Remodeled Condo with all the amenities. 100% recommend, except for this time next year, because we want it again!!

Amazing
My husband and I stayed at this beautiful condo for a week and our visit was wonderful. The view is spectacular, with the ocean right on your doorstep. It is a peaceful, relaxing environment. Our host Laura was great, she was always available to answer any questions and to insure that your visit was first rate. The condo is beautifully decorated, spacious and stocked with everything you need. We have already booked for next year and can’t wait to come back! Highly recommend.

Perfect, Quiet Getaway
We loved this property! It’s conveniently located between Monterrey and Santa Cruz. We loved the quiet beach location. We enjoyed the sunsets and relaxing to the sound of the crashing waves. The master bedroom and living room both have great views of the ocean. It’s a short walk down to the water and we enjoyed the sparsely populated beach. Restaurants and shopping are a short 10-15 minute drive away. We will definitely be back next time we’re in the area.

The view is breathtaking. The ocean sounds are soothing. Everything is decorated so nicely. Seating areas and beds are comfortable. The bathrooms are very nice too! Plenty of games, movies, beach equipment, even kites! We loved staying here.

Very organized and clean, well labeled so you know where things are. Laura was responsive. The gentleman at the gate was who let us know we could go ahead and be let in - it was before 4 pm. One suggestion would be to add some kind of a plastic clear boundary on the porch. The porch seems like such a nice area with a great view, but because the wind was so heavy on our trip, we could not sit out there at all. But room and kitchen were very nice.

Wonderful place and view, great updated kitchen
We have stayed in Pajaro Dunes several times, and every time is a new adventure. The kitchen in this unit is the best we've seen, with updated everything, and it was very well stocked. The bedroom layout was great, allowing three people to sleep in the back bedroom. There are chairs and beach toys available, too. We look forward to coming back!

Fabulous weekend getaway!
Everything from start to finish was great! We contacted the owner to let them know we would be in the area earlier than expected and we were able to get into the condo for an early check-in!! The home was open, clean, VERY WELL stocked and what a view!! We loved everything about the home. Everything was labeled, and plenty of instructions on how to use the technology. That is very helpful to us boomers!! We enjoyed the area around Watsonville, Monterey Bay and Pacific Grove. We will be back!!

This unit is by far the best we have stayed in here at Shorebirds. The owner takes great pride in making this home a warm and inviting place to connect with the sea and refresh your mind and body. We celebrated a birthday with dear friends and could not have asked for a better place to be. Lynn is always a available for questions but not much more is needed for a fabulous stay!
