We are absolutely astonished that Miss Laura Floyd left a review. You see, Miss Floyd didn’t stay at Treaysures at all. Why? She thought she paid for the entire property but in fact she paid for a room. Miss Floyd made two separate reservations, We gave her a full refund under the circumstances of the first reservation which was for approximately four weeks; however, on the second reservation, which was for two days VRBO informed us that the first day couldn’t be reversed as it had passed. That payment I received. It is quite unfortunate that Miss Laura Floyd was malicious enough to leave a scathing review of a property, she honestly didn’t did not stay at all. Quite unfortunate. What’s even more heart rending, Is that we treated her with utmost grace and honour.
