The location is perfect for really everything Santa Cruz has to offer...Pleasure Point, West Cliff Drive, Natural Bridges State Park, the Boardwalk, Pacific Cookie Company, rock climbing, surfing, restaurants on the wharf and more. Whether you explore by foot or by car, this home is located in an ideal neighborhood. The home is also uniquely designed to insure that everyone can find their own space to relax in private or to socialize in small groups. Lauren is an exceptional host and very responsive.

Excellent location
Publié le 21 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayThe place was nicely located and comfortable. We enjoyed the multiple decks and how close it was to the water and to Seabright. The kitchen was not well supplied; no coffee or other amenities. But there was a small market and coffee options close by.

Perfect location, lots of amenities
Publié le 14 oct. 2024 sur HomeAwayWe brought 4 16 year olds to celebrate their birthdays and enjoy Santa Cruz. This home was awesome. It had plenty of space for 7 people to spread out. The location was walking distance to rides, wharf, Beach and house came with beach items to use. The cart was perfect to carry wood for 6 am bonfire at sunrise. I was able to cook every meal and had lots of dishes, pans, etc to use. Great memories!!

Beach is 2 short blocks away and house has everything you need for the beach. Boardwalk and wharf about a 5-10 minute walk or ride the bikes provided by owners. Great restaurants of all kinds in walking distance or a quick drive. Really one of the best locations for easy access to all the things we love about Santa Cruz!

Nice roomy house two blocks from the beach.

Comfortable beds, plenty of pillows, linens, towels, etc. Like everywhere in Santa Cruz, parking can be tricky if you have more than one car. Nice owner, would stay there again. Honestly I have stayed closer to the beach before but it’s much noisier, being an extra block further away makes sleeping easier.

Awesome house!
