Convenient Santa Fe location
Publié le 18 déc. 2021 sur HomeAwayProperty was described accurately. Everything we needed for a comfortable few days in Santa Fe. A couple things guests should be aware of: 1. the heater is REALLY loud when it kicks in; and 2. the unit came with a word burning fireplace, but we had to pay an additional $25 for wood that lasted less than two nights.

Bait and switch
Publié le 16 oct. 2021 sur HomeAwayWe were expecting a porch with some kind of view(the pictures led us to believe that); we got a view of the parking lot. Our apartment was right next to the office. Not exactly scenic. I will say that the apartment was clean. But, things need replacing, like the couch pillows…very dirty looking and feeling, same with the bed spread. The shower curtain and shower floor mat should be changed. The dishes are a a hodgepodge, with chips and dull knives that we could not use to cut apples. Also, the dishwasher sits at an angle, which makes it very difficult to load it - the rack keeps rolling into the machine before you can put in anything. So, I would not recommend it, especially not knowing what you’re getting.

The location was great and staff very friendly. The air vents had black dust all over them as well as the top of the lamp shades. Walls needed cleaning.
the bed was clean, but the black dust and dirt in other areas made me question if the carpet and or the bedding was actually clean.

Santa Fe

Couldn’t leave message because box was full. She finally answered the phone when we were 15 minutes from Santa Fe. It all worked out but we were a little nervous on what to do to check in.

Misleading
Publié le 16 déc. 2020 sur HomeAwayMy experience renting the property was fine. The issue I had was the pictures on the Vrbo site were misleading. There is no balcony nor does the front of the unit look resemble what is shown on the Vrbo site. I was deceived because the balcony was the draw.

My apologies for your frustrations regarding your refund. Your refund was processed through VRBO, however, due to the overwhelming demands of refunds and cancellations during the COVID-19 pandemic, it is taking 3-4 weeks to receive the funds back to your credit card, instead of the usual 5-7 business days. Publié le 16 févr. 2020 sur HomeAwayThe guy at the main desk (I wish I knew his name) was the most accommodating, helpful, kind person to deal with. He made our stay most enjoyable. The location was within walking distance (6 blocks) to the main plaza and many other Santa Fe sites. Our condo was very comfortable.
