This is an 1100 Sq. Ft. "No Smoking" Condo with 2 King bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 2 dedicated off-street parking spaces , and 2 outdoor private patios. A fully equipped cooks kitchen with gas stove & oven, microwave, dishwasher, full size fridge, iron and board, full size front loading washer & dryer as well as cleaning supplies.
Bella Casa Condo is Less than one mile walking distance to the Plaza, Canyon Road, Art Markets, Grocery Stores and Restaurants! Both King Bedrooms and the Living Area have Flat Screen TV's and Excellent High Speed WiFi. Cooks Kitchen with Gas Stove, full size Refrigerator, Dishwasher and all appliances. One of my guests recently was a Home Ec. Teacher....she said she went through the kitchen to find what I was missing and she gave up!
Bella Casa is located on a quiet tree lined residential street in South Capitol, which is one of the oldest and most charming neighborhoods in Santa Fe! High ceilings with exposed Vigas, a light infused kitchen/living area with views to both front and back private outdoor patios, a Kiva fireplace indoors and a Chiminea for those cooler evenings on the Patio. Seasoned wood is provided for both the Kiva Fireplace and the Outdoor Chiminea.
The Highest speed internet available is included, for those working/keeping in touch during their stay. We do not have a landline. All access codes are displayed in the condo.
Bella Casa is in the Old Trails Condominium Complex which was built in 1983 on the site of a former estate. Five custom built condos are on site. We are located less than a mile from the center of the Santa Fe Plaza, the Railyard, and Canyon Road. These locations form a "Circle on the map" for fabulous walking or driving adventures. We are so close to Downtown that St Francis Cathedral’s bells can be heard at the condo!
If you are traveling with a larger group, I have adjacent neighbors who are also Hosts, and coordinating housing is possible when booking in advance. There is another two bedroom unit, and a 1 bedroom unit that do rentals.
Enjoy the famous Plaza in the center of Santa Fe, Galleries, Artist Studios, Museums, Loretto Chapel, the Opera, Music Festivals, Canyon Road, Santa Fe Children's Museum, Meow Wolf, Farmers Markets, and Art Shows along with Excellent Restaurants, Wineries, Sunsets, Spas, Golfing, Skiing, Fly-fishing, Hiking, and Cycling.
The Sky Railway departs from downtown and has trips for Star Gazing, Music and Wine adventures and More! Fabulous!
Day trips are easily accomplished throughout Northern New Mexico including Taos, Red River, Los Alamos, multiple Indian Reservations, and Casinos. Some of my favorites are the Cooking Classes available at Santa Fe School of Cooking! Art Classes are available as well in several venues.
The Albuquerque Airport is less than an hour away by car with Santa Fe Airport south of town about 20 minutes from the condo but with limited carriers.
Two King bedroom spaces are separated with one up 9 steps and one down 8 steps which proves to be especially nice for guest privacy. Both of the bedrooms have large closet spaces with plenty of hangers and luggage racks for your convenience.
