J'ai séjourné au Best Western Plus à Santa Fe et j'en suis très satisfait. L'hôtel était en très bon état, vraiment rien à signaler. Le service était correct et efficace. Bien qu'il ne soit pas situé en centre-ville, il offre un bon rapport qualité-prix, ce qui compense largement. Un choix judicieux pour un séjour confortable à Santa Fe.

The property was not in the best shape. The elevators were inoperable, the cleaning staff were noisy, the walls were paper-thin (you could hear all the adjacent rooms) and the entrance to the property requires pulling a U-turn off the main roadway to get there. We didn't eat there or use the pool -- which you could smell throughout the building. We won't be using this property again.

The staff was amazing! Greeted by two smiling faces when we walked in. We got take out and brought back to the room, then realized we didn’t have plates. A young lady at the front desk became our hero when she was able to find a few for us. Going the extra mile for a customer…A+++++

Room quite lovely. Breakfast options not good for me. Only ‘fake’ cream for coffee. Watery or not available orange juice. Only little pre-package oatmeal. No berries, only apples, bananas & oranges. No good (nuts, raisins, berries) condiments for cereal. Only cold sugar cereals.

Southwestern themed rooms are quaint. Very comfortable bed. Bathroom is a bit small but clean. Good breakfast. Friendly staff. Would stay here again.
