Très bon hôtel, situé sur une grande artère, avec des restaurants autour.
La chambre était très bien, notre seule déception a été d’être logés au sous-sol et d’avoir un flacon de crème vide.
Pour une nuit nous n’avons pas réclamé, mais nous ne reviendrons pas.

Pour : Belle et grande piscine, jacuzzi
Grande chambre
Contre : Accueil plus aimable du personnel.
Emplacement : Le long d'un immense boulevard de plusieurs kilomètres.
A proximité, autres hôtels et restaurants, bon Applebee tout près.
Hôtel de chaîne avec bon confort, rapport qualité prix correct vu les prix élevés à Santa Fe.
Situé sur un grand boulevard qui mène tout droit au centre ville de Santa Fe en quelques kilomètres.
Accueil impersonnel, voir non professionnel et indifférent lorsqu'on leur a dit qu'on ne pouvait pas faire marcher le lave linge. personne ne voulait venir nous aider alors qu'ils étaient plusieurs à l' accueil.
Grande chambre pour 4 au rez de chaussée, donnant sur l'arrière, calme mais sombre. Climatisation très bruyante, micro ondes, frigo.
Grande piscine intérieure avec jacuzzi, propre, serviettes à disposition.
Salle du petit déjeuner trop petite à l'heure de pointe où beaucoup de monde s'y rend.

Overall, ok for price. Seems they took over an older building and fixed up some things but not all. Heavy blackout curtain was worn and had holes in it. Breakfast was basic, eggs and bacon and sausage, same both days. Bacon was not drained. One staff person for large breakfast group is not enough, needs two. Hotel was quiet. Great Mexican cafe a couple doors away.

Usual have great luck with Comfort Inn. Have never had a bad stay until now. The free Internet in our room had no signal. Could connect fine in the hallway but had no signal in our room. When I complained at the desk she said some areas of the hotel had this issue but there was nothing she could do…….. I was able to get a great connection in the lobby….ugh.
