Girl's Spa weekend

Fantastic trip for a girl's spa weekend. Everything was exceptional -- only flaw is that the wifi and cell service is spotty at best. However, if you are going to unplug and rewind -- that can work in your favor! Forced us to truly step away from everyday lives and just relax. Hotel staff is fantastic! Friendly, helpful and kind. Beds are to die for! Food was incredible. Definitely go back!

One of the best resort hotels we have had the pleasure of visiting. I cannot recommend this hotel strongly enough!

This is paradise. The staff is exquisite and attentive. The food is outstanding at Terra and their location is pure.

Just Not a Good Four Seasons experience

I’ve stayed at 18 different Four Seasons properties around the world. This one is just not worthy of the Four Seasons name. I don’t even know how to explain it - maybe it was just because we came in January, and maybe that’s a rotten time to come. Starting with an unbelievably foul methane smell right at the front desk, to agonizingly slow service in the bar, to no-show services that were offered,…….it was just a not-good experience. Even great hotels get it wrong sometimes, so I’m just going to assume this was one of those times. It seemed like it just wasn’t meant to be. We won’t be back, and we suggest if you are going, do it some other time than January. Just bein’ honest.
