The hotel is getting a bit dated. The shower curtain wouldn’t stay in the tub and got water everywhere. The tub was really dated and the sprayer went everywhere. The air conditioner kept turning off and wouldn’t hold the temperate set. It got pretty warm.

There were really no food options available. One dining room was closed for construction (we had no notice), the other was only open for breakfast and lunch (we had nice breakfast), there was no deli as advertised. Starbucks was only open the early part of the day. We were limited to one option of getting food from the Turquoise Trail in the casino. The food was good but we had hoped for more options. My husband has some difficulties with eating so we were counting on being able to get food from the deli and come back to our room. All in all it was fine, we didn't go hungry. It just wasn't what was advertised.

Stayed for 5 nights. Enjoyed the room. Had many issues over the 5 day vacation. From wifi issues, missing amenities, closed spa, hot tub and indoor pool, lack of open restaurants, no working ice machine on our floor, spiders in the room, smell of pot from other rooms, etc. etc. Plus the 60.00 PER PERSON resort fee really didn't offer us anything other than the outdoor pool. Plus the staff seemed uninformed about the wifi issues, the closed pool and hot tub, etc. Again, the room is beautiful; but, ......

The rooms were spacious and house keeping services were daily. Short drive to downtown Santa Fe.
