En disant qu’ils les enfermaient en vain .insectes dans la chambre (Iules ).
Un accès dans la boue ,le chemin inondé ,aucune réaction pour combler par quelques cailloux .Heureusement une seule nuit car c’est lamentable ,les personnels dévoués n’ ont pas pas les moyens de compenser le manque de présence de la direction .

Piscine vraiment petite et la plage de l’hôtel n’est pas nettoyée... plastiques et algues partout.
Pour le prix un petit coup de râteau le matin à marée basse ne ferait pas de mal !
Le petit déjeuné est hors de prix (375 php).
Personnel agréable.

The property is well thought out and designed. Just that some glass panels have spaces for bugs to get in. The staff was marvelous and very accommodating. The air conditioning unit was plenty strong in our room and comfortable. The beach is too close to the Ferry landing and debris from it is frequent along the beach. It was secluded and you have very good privacy. Some re touching and remodeling will make it shine again, for this I am sure.

Publié le 27 juin 2024 sur HotelsAir conditioner didnt cool the room. The room was full of mosquitoes, . The pool had not been cleaned. The grounds needed landscaping. There was trash down by the beach. The water was not accessible from the property, so really no private beach as advertised. They swept the road, but left trash everywhere else on the property.

Staff was nice. Showerhead in the assigned room was broken so just opted to downgrade stay in any available room.
Needs more maintainance on all amenities. Too pricey for the experience

Neglected
Publié le 26 oct. 2023 sur HotelsIn a word... Neglected. The facility as a whole is in much need of repair. Not just the thatched roofs of the villas, but the wood rot on the eves as well as much of concrete that has broken away from the rusting rebar.
The staff was courteous and location was quiet. The entrance to the resort is not clearly marked so is easy to miss.
Swimming pool is small, easy to mistake as a koi fish pond.
Wi-Fi only accessible outside on grounds or lower level of the villa, not inside the villa.
Villa appeared clean, though still managed to contract HFM Disease, had to cut our stay short because of needing medical attention on mainland. Resort refused to reimburse/refund for unused days.
In the end, a not so romantic, romantic retreat. Will not be returning.

We are undergoing repair to serve our guests better. With regards to your disease, may i know where did you contracted your HFM? Coz we were informed by your companion that you were already sick (diarrhea) way before you arrived in our resort. Nevertheless, I hope that you are feeling better now and somehow the first aide we provided you (i bought floracel probiotic and electrolite drink) helped. We appreciate your review it helps us do better.
