Séjour au Hyatt Place de Santa Fe
Publié le 30 oct. 2021 sur HotelsHôtel situé à l’entrée de Santa Fe en venant dAlbuquerque où nous avons séjourné deux nuits. Établissement tout confort avec une très spacieuse chambre. Personnel disponible et sympathique.
Seul point négatif le ménage de notre chambre n’a pas été fait durant notre séjour. La personne au frontdesk nous a expliqué que l’hôtel manquait de personnel et que les chambres occupées étaient faites que tous les 2 ou 3 jours. Pas très sérieux pour un hôtel estampillé HYATT….

Excellent hotel only complaint was WiFi was intermittent which made it difficult to stream and navigate on our computer and phones.

Amazing breakfasts; changing menus daily; healthy choices; friendly staff in dining room and at front desk! Mini suite roomy & modern. Pool very clean & well maintained. Good parking. Great wifi too. Only problem: they didn’t provide room cleaning regularly & needed to be reminded to clean room & do linens & towels.

A trip to Santa Fe New Mexico.
Publié le 15 sept. 2024 sur HotelsIt started off at check in credit did not work,tried another did not work, finally after a few ties on both cards they got one to work, when I got to the room I called the credit card company and both cards were accepted as payment. In our room they had a automatic window coverings that did not work, cold showers for 2 days, coffee was missing parts and in the swimming area the hot tub was down. On the positive side the cooks greeted us every morning at breakfast and at 2am the morning we left the person on duty made 2 cups of coffee for us to take on the road.

My family and I enjoyed our stay. The Hotel Staff were all attentive to our needs. We received clean towels and the trash cans emptied daily. The first day of our stay , we noticed the floor in our room was not swept and mopped prior to our arrival. My recommendation is to purchase a vent and put it in the restrooms . After a hot shower, the restroom became a sauna. The pool was disappointing, it was cloudy and dirty. Overall, the breakfast offered a nice selection. The breakfast area needs one more toaster. Very friendly staff!

Office staff was great, they let me check in early! The only bad was that the housekeeper knocked at my door at 8 am and opened the door waking my family up.

Clean room, friendly staff with breakfast in the morning. With food and shopping right up the road, we have stayed there twice. The beds are comfortable and the pull out couch allows my family of 5 to stay in one room.
