Luxurious Open Concept Home with Fabulous Backyard Entertainment Area

Built in 2018, this home was recently purchased by a Designer and Contractor who have taken it to the next level! The open concept floor plan has 20' ceilings in the living/dining/ kitchen area with additional bar seating. Everything in the home is new - high-end beds and bedding, bathroom linens, living and dining room furniture/accessories. There are Designer touches in every room with an extensive collection of art from the owners' private collection. Enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with all new appliances, cookware, dishes, etc. The lovely backyard has a fabulous 20'X20' deck complete with dining furniture and extra seating. The front porch has charming outdoor seating as well. There is a two car garage with additional driveway parking. This 1629 sq. ft. home is spacious yet cozy with its light airy feeling.

Lovely house, great location
We had a wonderful 3 night stay at this home in Santa Fe. The house was comfortable and the kitchen well appointed. It was great having access to the garage especially since the weather was a mix of snow, rain.& strong winds . Our host Christa was wonderful. She answered all our questions and gave excellent dining recommendations. I hope we will get to stay there again someday.

A GREAT place for an extended weekend!
We really enjoyed our trip to Santa-Fe. We have typically stayed in town but decided to stay a little further out this time and did not regret it one minute. The commute in and out of town was easy, we were close to the Santa Fe Brewing Company which was fun too. The property was excellent and the ability to park in the garage was a real bonus as we had storms while we were there. Don't think twice about this property as you might miss out on a great place to stay while visiting Santa Fe New Mexico.

Wonderful New Mexico Getaway!
This is a lovely house nestled in a quiet neighborhood. The house is super clean, comfortable and fully stocked. Close to downtown Santa Fe and an easy drive to other locations. We were amazed by the Albuquerque Balloon Fiesta and loved our sunset Jeep Tour and visit to Bandelier National Park. Would definitely recommend this home to anyone visiting the area.

Four single adults shared this home for a 2-night stay traveling from Las Cruces for the Santa Fe Opera. Lovely, clean comfortable, quiet place. If you stay here, you are car (or taxi/uber) dependent to get anywhere of interest, but we knew that when we booked and chose the location anyway.

Comfortable home
Enjoyed our stay in this clean, open space, well stocked home. Beds we’re comfortable and home had plenty of room for two couples. Comfortable furnishings provided a nice space to cook and relax when we ate at home. We were there only a short time and the Patio was adequate. About a 20 minute drive to the plaza area in Santa Fe. Easy and quick communication with Crista.

This beautiful property was meticulously decorated and furnished. It truly felt like a home, and my family thoroughly enjoyed our trip. We had unrelated changes in our plans that were beyond our control, which caused us to be in the house a lot more than we had planned. The location, neighborhood, and thoughtful personal touches made our vacation memorable, even if it wasn’t what we had originally planned. We made the best of it, and this property had a lot to do with it. One specific detail, which I won’t spoil here, was particularly adorable. Anyone who visits this property is in for fun and unique surprise. We have stayed in many shared homes across multiple platforms in several states, and this one is among the best.

Perfect for our Destination Christmas
This property was perfect our Christmas time with 3 generations of our family (26 year old to 88 year old). We enjoyed the open layout of the kitchen, dining room, and living room. The area felt spacious. Crista was easy to communicate with and we appreciated the nice touch of some Christmas decorations. It took about 20 min. to get to downtown Santa Fe with quick access to 599 and I25.

Stayed during the Thanksgiving. This house is just like the picture. Clean and cosy. We had a great stay and did not want to leave this cosy clean family home. I highly recommend this place and we will definitely come back.

Adorable Santa Fe location
The pictures we only a small version of how adorable this place was. We loved staying here for a cozy friends wedding weekend. The house was really decorated to the tee and totally my vibe. We loved staying here and would happily again. Crista was an amazing hostess and gave us all the information we needed along with great recommendations. Close drive to anything you may need for the house as well. Although we didn't really need much since they supplied us with more then we needed!

Wonderful Rental for Family Reunion
We were delighted by this property! Spacious, beautifully decorated, and very comfortable all the way around even for 7 people. Patio was a special treat. Master bedroom especially comfortable. Kitchen well- stocked with needed items. Good access to garage for our wheel- chaired occupant. Washer and dryer were an excellent “plus.” Host Crista on top of everything and had great suggestions for activities. We would definitely recommend this property highly to others.
