Perfect location and spacious place

Review of Property
Publié le 8 août 2024 sur HomeAwayWhile the property is clean and convenient there are some concerns. It requires two keys to access as it is behind a high fence on a busy road. There is really no comfortable way to eat outside or enjoy the very small yard. It is like being in a walled off compound. Also, the bed has a very thin mattress on top of the supporting mattress and is not as comfortable as a normal mattress. There is no shower in the master either.

Hi Steve, glad you found the place clean. There is an enclosed walled yard with a gate that requires a key. I am sorry if you found this second key inconvenient, most guests appreciate the safety and seclusion. There are ample photos of the yard for future guests to see and evaluate for themselves. The king bed has a topper so you have the option of softness or hardness. We have 3 bathrooms, the king ensuite does have a hand held shower. We show this in the photos and highlight it in the description. Thank you for staying! John

Very clean and well-appointed

Publié le 20 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayNice property lovely garden comfy beds coffee and tea provided bedrooms nicely separated for privacy NOTE: we had an emergency with our pet and John couldn't have been more sympathetic and helpful he's also a good communicator with a fine book collection and a delightful Scottish accent!

Very comfortable and enjoyable
Publié le 12 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat. Would definitely stay again. Although on a busy corner, surprisingly easy to get in and out of. Convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Nice private courtyard sufficiently shielded from the traffic to be pleasant. Inside very comfortable and quiet - virtually no traffic noise. Comfortable beds, plenty of space. Our friends commented repeatedly how much they loved it.

John communicated with us during our stay to ensure we had everything we needed, He went out of his way to make sure our visit was smooth and enjoyable.
