Food was terrible. Fresh from the onsite farm and veggies were terrible. No assistance for luggage. Poorly trained staff on customer service. Better have a car, very limited transportation options. Could be a nice place if the get it together.

No tv in the room was a very nice touch. The bathroom had everything one would need for hair and skin care.

Amazing property, will be back without kids ;)
Publié le 3 août 2024 sur HotelsWe decided to splurge on the way back from a family trip to the Grand Canyon and this felt like a literal oasis of green in the middle of the desert. We are already planning a return trip sans kids to fully immerse ourselves in all that this property offers.

Room without a view.
Publié le 2 août 2024 sur HotelsThe room was handicap access which was not requested. No windows and patio faced stucco wall and felt very much like a lock up cell. Room was large but set off to the back dirt road and trailer park. Not what was hoped for with the beauty of the surrounding spa grounds. Staff was unhelpful and was told there was nothing that could be done or changed. Restaurant food was also very poor, overcooked fish and steak. undercooked veg. Not a high end restaurant.
