We have stayed here several times and are always pleased with the wonderful service and beautiful rooms. Each room is beautifully decorated and extremely comfortable. Being able to walk to the Plaza is a huge plus for us as well. A must stay in Santa Fe.

The room was clean and cozy. Check in staff and service was great. The location was perfect- easy walk to the plaza and the railyard. I felt safe as a solo traveller. Would absolutely stay again.

Room was very clean, the fireplace was beautiful, the shower was so warm and steamy and big! The breakfast had a wonderful spread of options to choose from, not those cheap hotel scrambled eggs either! Front desk was very polite and helpful as well. This was an excellent stay for our one night!

Great breakfast but need an update

We stayed in this inn last year and liked it. Came back and there a new management. The room is nice but getting old, need an update or refresher. Yet comfortable bed, fireplace in the room and an amazing breakfast. The best in any hotel in the US we experience so far. Fresh fruit and vegetables. The lobby also needs a clean up and removal of unnecessary items and the plants need watering. This place needs someone who will help take care of the details and it can be more than nice inn. The he location is great. Walking distance to the plaza, right by Mellie’s and Two for Dinner. Few minutes to Del Chorro and easy parking.

We had a late arrival and their office closes at 8:00 pm. We were told our keys would be in the black mail box. Upon arrival the box was locked. We apparently needed a code to open it. We called the emergency after hours number which went to voicemail. The mailbox is located outside and it was snowing....very disappointing. Had to go to another hotel.

So Cozy!

Plenty of parking. Efficient check-in with snacks and drinks available at Reception. The room was clean, comfortable and very cozy. Great breakfasts! And really good restaurant just around the corner on the same street.

Revisiting Sante Fe

Customer service and staff very hospitable. An historic, therefore older, inn. Breakfast was above average; the treat was fresh fruit and unsweetened plain yogurt. Eggs and pancakes, french toast could have been kept warm to taste better. Nice selection of teas, however coffee was subpar. Hotpot for water needed descaling/cleaning in the dining room. Bed and pillows very comfortable and the large walk in shower was wonderful. Easy walk to center of town. Parking ample for guests.

Excellent facility with a great location. Located in historical Sante Fe the museums , shops and restaurants were all in walking distance. The room was very comfortable and furnished in south west theme. Staff was helpful and friendly and made us feel welcome. Breakfast buffet was very good with a lot of variety and fresh options. Highly recommend this Inn.

Alvin was amazing at telling us about the property and he was very kind. It is the only hotel that I have stayed that was very quiet and had a nice place to eat within walking distance. I would definitely stay there again.
