The check-in was fast and friendly.
Place is clean and well maintained.
Room was comfortable and hotel is well situated.
The sound proofing is the issue.
We were on the first floor and when the guest above us arrived, yikes, let the noise begin.
We heard every step, we could hear them talk.
And when they showered, OMG, the noise from the running water....loud.
Thank god they slept fairly early and didn't get up before we got up and were gone.
My advice, the price is very good, get a room on the upper floor and pray you don't get a party around you.

I could overlook the hair in the bathtub. But the roach in the bed along with the fleas along with a bottle ofpersonal items under tbe bed...not so much.

This hotel is nothing like the description- it is a dirty run down motel with a new sign. Tons of bugs everywhere and hair all over the sheets. Did not want to take my shoes off to walk on the carpet, it was filthy. I did request a new room since I paid ahead through expedia (will not do that again) but the reviews of cleanliness must be totally fake- even the new room was worn down and has bugs.

The shower / tub faucet wastes a lot of water with the shower going. The cold water in the sink was very low volume.
Comfortable furniture and nice to have a carpet-free floor.
