Appartement conforme à l'annonce. Très propre. Très bien situé, à proximité du centre de Santa Fé et des commerces.
Le balcon surplombe une route passante qui peux être bruyante. Personnellement, cela ne m'a pas dérangé.

Wonderful place!
Publié le 30 nov. 2024 sur HomeAwayGreat place! The view is beautiful especially if you catch the sunrise. Everything we needed to make our Thanksgiving dinner was in the kitchen. The place was comfortable, welcoming and well stocked. The owner was very responsive and had great suggestions about things to do in the area.

Thanks so much. I spend a lot of time when I'm there in one of the rocking chairs watching the clouds roll by. I'm happy to hear that you found the kitchen well stocked. Sometimes it depends on when I was last there. I think it is important that my visitors do not have to run to the store for staples.

Seventy in Santa Fe

This condo is beautifully decorated and is well-stocked with all the amentias that you will need to have a comfortable visit in Santa Fe. The property is very clean and cozy. The location is great and easy access to the Plaza, Canyon Road, Santa Fe Opera House, hiking trails and grocery stores. The host has thought of everything to make this a memorable and easy home away from home. Also, the host, Sandy, is very responsive to any questions or needs that might arise. Highly recommend!!!

You are so very kind. Thank you so much for the glowing review. You mentioned "location" and it is, by far, the #1 positive comment about my Santa Fe home. However, my #1 favorite is the view and today it was spectacular with everything from bright sun, fabulous New Mexico clouds and even a rainbow just as the sun went down and the rain started.

Nicely appointed condo
Publié le 26 août 2024 sur HomeAwaySally has a nice condo which offered a well-stocked kitchen and a relaxing interior space. It was clean and tidy which is always a critical path for us when traveling.
The traffic on St. Francis Drive has gotten to be very busy, so the enjoyment of her deck is negligible, unless you are okay with the noise of cars and trucks.
Having air conditioning during our stay was really a huge plus as the temps bordered on 95 degrees in town. We could not have had a good night sleep without it!

You are right St. Francis is busy and fortunately for me I love the view so much that I can handle a little traffic noise. I agree life without air conditioning would be awful in 95 degree weather. Today, I can't even imagine it! 95 in Santa Fe is unusually hot and, unfortunately, it appears to be the new normal and even hotter in many parts of the country.

Thank you, I think it's a nice place to stay too. I'm in Santa Fe right now and as always wondering why I don't live here full time. But! I love Boise too! Remember there is a discount for returning visitors.

Great Views and So Comfortable
Publié le 18 août 2024 sur HomeAwayThis was the perfect size for our group of 4. The mountain view was wonderful, and we saw prairie dogs and even a coyote in the distance. Comfortable beds and living room sofa, big balcony, well equipped kitchen, great washer-dryer. A short drive to all Santa Fe sights and not far from great hiking trails. We enjoyed walking around the residential neighborhood as well. Sally communicated wonderfully with us and we hope to stay again in the future in her colorful & comfortable place!

Darn! I've never seen a coyote! I'll have to spend a little more time on the balcony with my binoculars. I've seen beautiful rainbows, fabulous puffy clouds and lots of prairie dogs but not a coyote. I'm in Santa Fe now and my goal is to make the balcony a bit more attractive. So far, I have added 2 rocking chairs. Thank you for your very nice review - I really appreciate it.

I do have a wonderful housekeeper. The same one that joined me when I put the condo on VRBO in 2012. I'm very lucky. I'm delighted that you enjoyed my Santa Fe home. I'm in SF now and I enjoy it too!
