The hotel looks old but don't discount it if you're looking for a short term stay. The rooms are small and clean. The bed is comfortable. Very good WiFi. The breakfast is better than basic and staff was excellent in providing service.

The hotel is old and you can see the details around the room and the bathroom. The bathtub is tall and I did not liked.

Excellent Stay with Great Service
Posted Nov. 28, 2022 on HotelsWe really enjoyed our stay at the ibis Porto Sul. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We had dinner there (pasta and pizza) and it was great. The beer choices were better than most other ibis hotels. The room itself was clean and the overall hotel was quiet. Our in-room coffee machine was broken but they provided an espresso shot in the morning at no cost. We would definitely stay there again if we were exploring the Porto/Aveiro area or visiting the nearby conference center.
