Traditional Canarian villa with private pool and tropical garden

The house with its 300m garden is located in the northern part of Gran Canaria. Close to the beach and on the way to Mt. Ideal to enjoy the tranquility, the sound of birds in a rural environment. The house is inside a hamlet of 20 houses. It is a very quiet residential area with very friendly neighbors.
Traditional Canarian house renovated. Equipped with hot water in bathroom and kitchen. The walls are stone and the windows are aluminum with double glazing to insulate from the cold.
Wifi for 4g, quality cannot be guaranteed, it depends on the weather. Astra and terrestrial satellite TV.
The house is in the rural environment within a hamlet of 20 houses surrounded by cultivated farms and routes to walk and learn about traditions.
The house has its own parking although there is an outdoor parking. It can be reached by car or bus from the airport. The highway is 5 minutes by car. 10 minutes from the beach by car. The closest supermarket is 15 minutes away. Restaurants 5 minutes away. The bus stop is a 25 minute walk.

Clean, nice,quiet, cozy place
Jose was a lovely host, he greeted us with a warm welcome. He was always available and offered to show us the island. He got a baby bed and a bath tub for our 5 month old daughter. The blankets were super soft and warm. The location is good for fastly getting both to the mountains and the coast. We liked it very much. The parking situation is a bit tricky, you always have to unload in a rush because there are cars coming by that don't fit through the tiny road.

Una casa encantadora con un jardín tropical
La casa esta ubicada en un pueblecito de montaña muy tranquilo ubicado en el norte de la isla y bien comunicado con la carretera principal (a 30 min de Las Palmas). La casa esta muy cuidada y limpia y dispone de todo. El jardín con frutales y flores y con piscina es encantador. El trato con el propietario perfecto. José ha estado muy pendiente de de que estemos a gusto durante toda la estancia. Hemos pasado dos semanas muy buenas en esta casa y ha sido un sitio perfecto donde volver por las tardes tras explorar la isla.
