Your feedback allows us to continually improve the experience we create for our guests.The hotel has two restaurants to offer buffet service along the day, and two specialty restaurants and a sushi bar as an alternative for dinner. The hotel overall is nice. It’s a little outdated. I like the fact that is quiet and you can relax. I think they need more attraction in the lobby bar .

Bueno para el precio. Pedí dos camas, nos dieron solo una, la vista al mar está a cierta distancia, no justamente en frente al mar. La comida es normal, nada espectacular, poca variedad día a día, bebidas no muy buenas. El restaurante mexicano muy bueno, las instalaciones buenas, bar en la alberca con sombra :). La atención del personal bastante buena y agradable ; )

The most unpleasant resort experience me and my family have had we will never return. Only bright side was the fantasia show and the beach. I have never experienced such unpleasant experience one after another the staff was horrible. I would never recommend anyone come here. Every single one of us had food poisoning . The bar tenders are the worst part of the resort refused to wash hands and half cleaned the cups with a quick rinse.

The dress code for your restaurants are dumb ...you on a beach town ..how can you ask for long pants and dress shoes...for sure is not a Grand Lux Hotel...but over is good places to come back again...

The restaurants are top notch ! The buffets have so many varieties and assortment of foods. You cannot go wrong at any of the buffets. Their drinks, alcoholic, are not stiff so I think I'd like an improvement in that area. The staff is beyond excellent, very courteous and attentive. There is an airport transfer you can purchase at an affordable price. The spa is very nice and clean. I got a massage there, and it was good. There were nightly shows that were very entertaining and enjoyable. Small shops just across the street where you can get some souvenirs or even just a junk food fix.
My only complaint would be the check in and check out process. There was one guy when we checked in, three families in front of us for a wait time of 30 minutes. The check out, you must remember to bring all your pool towel cards back but there is no smooth process to check out as you are waiting in the same line that those that are checking in are standing in.
Overall, a great all inclusive that has everything you need for a family vacation.

Huatulco was AMAZING!!! Barcelo not so much. The food was not good at all. No flavor the drinks were watered down. Not what I expected from a Resort. The pool was dirty. If you want to Visit Huatulco do not stay at Barcelo.
