Avis Ocean View Villa with Private Pool and Lush Gardens

We loved the property everything was great the view, the pool, the neighborhood and everything that came with it. The only thing that we would've liked is to be a little more well kept. The cleanness wasn't the greatest but it wasn't the worst either. Other than that everything was great.

The place is good but no AC in kitchen and no AC in living room. I was very disappointed cause I asked the rental agency and they said it had ac. You must turn off all exterior lights at night or you will be swarmed with bugs. Also the front door needs weather strip cause bugs come inside like crazy. The guest bedroom also needs a weather strip at door cause bugs will come in. I used towels to prevent bugs to come in. By the way the rental agency informed me the day of arrival that the pool guy lives on property. He is a nice man and the pool is super clean but I felt like it was an invasion of my privacy.

Villa anka was a beautiful location a short walk to arrocito beach, property was very well maintained by Mr Rosendo whom did an excellent job at keeping the pool cleans and the gardens tended to super nice and attentive

La casa esta muy bonita, solo en la parte de la sala, comedor y cocina son insuficientes los ventiladores de techo ya que hace demasiado calor, también había muchas hormigas en la cocina y los apagadores son tantos que es confuso.

We highly recommend Villa Anka. Beautiful property! Lots of space for a family or friends. There is a family who lives on the property who takes care of the pool and gardens. They give you plenty of privacy. We became good friends with them. Chendo and Eva. They help with anything you may need. Taxis are available right outside your gate. We felt very safe and secure there. The smaller pool area is perfect for little ones.

Property is very dated, needs lots of repairs. Hot water tank could never afford anyone past 1 for hot water is non existent. At the end, we did an inspection, we were told everything was fine. We also asked the procedures 3 days in advance for how to take care of towels, bedding etc. We were told to leave them all. The management company tried to blame us for a 1/8 ripped sheet that was there upon check in. Plus 2 towels that were used. The water externally is turned off on the property to wash feet outside! Switches on the wall are falling off. Lots of repairs are needed. Someone is taking the money and not enhancing the home like a normal home deserves. This home needs some major TLC. They should prepair the home for a family including hot water. If intermittent hot water is the standard, we wouldn’t rent this house again. For the money, and they didn’t have a trash can available knowing there was a a family coming, these are basic things. The home needs repairs to tiles, switches falling off the wall, water faucets leaking, shower heads when used excessively leaking etc. This wasn’t what we expected. We bathe in cold water for 2-3 days out of 5.

It was quite and very nice property. The pool was great.
