Todo excelente y muy bonito lugar. Lo único que no nos gustó fue qué en la mañana estaban usando un taladro qué nos despertó y el menú no vale la pena por el precio de los platillos.

Lovely hotel on the beach, but some small issues
Posted Mar. 2, 2024 on HotelsReally lovely hotel in an amazing spot on the beach. The pool was brilliant! We were staying on the ground floor and you don’t really get much privacy as the doors open onto the communal pool area. The internet didn’t work in our room either. The room did feel it was missing a fridge as well, there was literally an empty fridge space for a fridge, so it was missed, especially in an area where you can’t drink the tap water. However, very clean and enjoyable stay,

This is the nicest property in the area. It’s on the beach. The rooms are clean and the pool is warm. We enjoyed our stay.

The location is excellent. The beach is beautiful but waves were pretty strong.

Lovely location right on the beach. Excellent pool and room.
Reception staff was less than friendly.
Zero greetings as we passed them several times during our stay.
The bar staff were awesome! Very friendly, attentive and great.

We really loved our stay here. We don't typically spend this much for a hotel, but it was completely worth it. Mazunte itself can be really busy and noisy and this place has such a peaceful, lux vibe with a short walk to everything. The pool was super clean, you are right on the beach, the staff brings food and drink straight to you in the pool, and the staff was super helpful. I felt overall that the rooms could have been better cleaned. They made the bed but left a dirty floor mat and shower looked like it hadn't been touched. Also, if you plan on staying out late, get the code to get in. We got locked out one night, rang the door bell a bunch and eventually had to walk around through the beach and scale a small fence, which was not great for my husband who had a hurt back. Not a big deal but just FYI because Mazunte has a great night life and it's worth staying out later some nights and come back to your quiet spot on the beach.
