The staff was the best part of the trip. Everyone was exceptionally nice and welcoming. The room didn’t look like it was cleaned properly. The food for someone who is Colombian/American wasn’t what I expected. I loved the people outside in back of the hotel where the beach, they were selling souvenirs. It was good for the price.

Lamentamos que tu estadía no haya sido satisfactoria en cuanto a las condiciones que aplican para el ingreso antes de las 3:00pm. El concepto se llama Uso Anticipado de las instalaciones, este concepto te da derecho a disfrutar de los servicios y zonas comunes antes de la hora indicada para el check in; no incluye la entrega de habitación, estas se entregan normalmente a partir de las 3:00pm; aunque, si contamos con habitación disponible se te entrega la llave siempre que la acomodación se ajuste a esas habitaciones disponibles listas. de lo contrario te asignamos a la hora oficial con las solicitudes requeridas en tu reserva. De igual modo, hemos compartido tu observación con el área de recepción para verificar lo sucedido y corregir en lo que haya lugar. Apreciamos tu amabilidad al proporcionar tu opinión. I came in about noon and they only offer soft drinks we have to wait at 6Pm to eat something - no transportation from airport and after checkout no transportation to the airport- in the bar few options of drinks- absolutely I do not recommend this hotel

Friendly staff was the only good thing
No internet or poor connection
Food quality was bad, quality off alcohol drinks was bad, in a country with so many fruit it was no a single natural juice for breakfast, in a 1 off 10 for us was a 3
