The worst & most expensive experience in Colombia!

The general aspect of the hotel looks abandoned, and even though during the majority of our stay (2 full days out of 3 ) we didn't have electricity, therefore the AC, hot water, and wifi were not working, the worse is the service and inabilities of the staff to communicate and act around customers ! Service is poor, staff can't offer any solutions, and show clearly that they don't care about helping or just do their job ! They are even close to being rude to their customers. ! A shame for what this hotel seems to be claiming, a complete shame for anything that tries to call themselves a "resort".

Administracion Hostil. Lugar sucio olor a viejo

Y me cobraron mas de lo negociado en la aplicacion.

Really bad service overall from the receptionist to maintenance. Wouldn't recommend this place ever.
