My wife and I spend a few days with our two adult kids and their spouses. Had a great time! Good property location- very quiet and lots of space.

It was a great stay. Based on other reviews we were concerned about bugs but I am pleased to report there were none at all and based on our stay this should not be a concern at all

Just what we were looking for. Suited our family group well with plenty of inside and outside space, and bathrooms. Our only issue was that the beds were not as advertised, but nothing that could not be worked around. Amazing sunset with a glass of wine, would highly recommend.

A group of 9 of us ladies stayed in Sage Ranch villa for my bachelorette spa weekend. The house is located pretty close to the town of Ojai and not too far from Ojai Valley Inn where we spent the day. We loved the living room space of the home and found it pretty easy to sleep all 9 of us in only 3 bedrooms. The issue we found was the earwigs, which were all over the house. They were particularly bad in the master bedroom, where I slept, and I actually woke up on our last morning to an earwig crawling across my face. They got into our bags and it was bad enough that you could always find a few whenever you just looked around the room. I did speak with Camille about this, to which she was apologetic and told me the steps she planned on taking to get rid of them. She offered a discount for a future stay in the house, but I thought a discount on this trip would have made more sense. I only got back our early check in fee which was $150. After a couple back and forth messaging and a phone call and her stating she would get back to me after checking with owners, I still haven't gotten any further discount. It is disappointing as this was a pretty big inconvenience, made sleeping tough, and just totally unexpected. Overall, I don't think I'd come back to this home.

Beautiful mountain views, spacious rooms with lots of light. Kitchen was easy to work in, but lacked good knives for food preparation. Also there is no music system in the house, so bring your own if that is important to you. Location is in the hills above Ojai, reached by a 15-20 minute drive up a winding road with lovely views.
