Perfect location
Publié le 23 avr. 2024 sur HomeAwayThis property was a short walk to the beach.It had all the amenities that we wanted and needed. The view from the back porch is beautiful. We enjoyed reading and drinking our morning coffee out there. Guests should be aware that the main living area is on the second floor with a lot of stairs to climb. Other than that, this house is perfect for our group of 10.

Another great stay at Far Niente!
Publié le 22 juill. 2023 sur HomeAwayGreat location and the home is very spacious. It accommodated our large group nicely! Would definitely stay there again and would recommend for large family. Our only issue was with Watercolor and having to go down to the beach early each morning to rent beach set ups-hoping this process improves as it is a 5 star resort!

Perfect location
Publié le 15 août 2021 sur HomeAwayThe house is located in a perfect location. We had a few minute bike or golf cart ride to the beach club or could walk it in less than 10 minutes. Loved having the natural area out out back door. Plenty of room for everyone with wonderful porch areas. The communication with the management company was quick and easy. We will definitely be returning.

Family paradise!
Publié le 11 juin 2021 sur HomeAwayFar Niente was conveniently located near the beach and Beach Club pools. The family all enjoyed bicycling to and from the different pools. Everyone had their separate space in the house with separate balconies. Our family would rent this house again

Great Location
Publié le 22 mars 2021 sur HomeAwayThis location was great for our group of 6 teens and 5 parents. It worked out well to have all of the teens downstairs (with 2 adults), then 3 adults upstairs. There's also a sofa sleeper downstairs. Both areas have a nice living space to hang out & watch TV. Almost all of the bedrooms and living spaces have their own patio access. The internet was a problem but this was for the whole area esp during Spring Break and having so many in town at the same time. Kitchen was well stocked and easy to use. Loved having an ice machine, which never ran out. This house is a short walk or bike ride to the Water Color shops and restaurants as well as the Seaside Square. Would definately stay here again!
