Publié le 7 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayVery easy to get to the beach. Plenty of towels for our family of 5. About the size of a large hotel room with a nice kitchen. Kids enjoyed the bunk area. Would recommend!

Publié le 7 mai 2024 sur HomeAwayThe condo is just as described. Beach access is very convenient although the closest one was under construction. The public beach access is just a couple blocks down, which we prefer because it has access to a bathroom. The condo was nice and the pool and laundry facilities were clean. The space is a bit cramped so I would not recommend for more than 2 people. There is really nowhere to hang clean clothes and nowhere to store suitcases so if you’re the kind of person who doesn’t like to live out of a suitcase, it’s probably not the right place for you. The sheets and pillows could stand to be upgraded. There are plenty but they are not comfortable at all. It would also be nice to have a broom and dustpan so that guests could sweep up sand. Otherwise, it just ends up in the beds.

Cute please to stay near Seaside BUT
Publié le 30 oct. 2023 sur HomeAwayPlace was cute, but the bed was not very comfortable. Fees listed in the booking were not accurate with what was charged. Also, bring your own potholders. Overall, cute place close to Seaside that served its purpose, but is not managed by the best property management company.

Thank you for your review, Brit. We appreciate your feedback. We strive for each guest to have the best possible experience during their stay. We had several communications with you during your stay and would have been happy to bring additional items for the kitchen and bed if we would have been notified. Regarding the inaccurate fee, the pet fee price is listed in the description for the property. We only received notification of a dog staying at the property after our inspector went over to deliver some additional kitchen utensils and cookware four hours before the agreed upon arrival time of 4pm and discovered the dog, resulting in a pet fee being added to the reservation. Thank you again for your feedback, we would love the opportunity to host you again during your next visit to 30a!
