BeachCrest 604 condo is perfectly located directly on the sugary white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Seagrove Beach, FL which is between Seaside and Rosemary Beach on 30A and is a short drive to Destin or Panama City Beach. The sugary white sand beaches of the Gulf of Mexico are accessible through the private boardwalk. Be on the beach within minutes of leaving your condo door!

BeachCrest 604 condo is located on the 6th floor with unobstructed views of the Gulf to both the East and West to enjoy breathtaking sunrises, as well as sunsets. This condo is just as beautiful on the inside as the views on the outside, as it was professionally decorated, making it one of the nicest condos you’ll find on 30A.

After a day at the beach, unwind in this newly updated condo, featuring new king memory foam mattresses (added in October 2024) for enhanced comfort, and Pollywood balcony furniture (added in November 2024) for a perfect outdoor retreat. You’ll also find 3 smart TVs (compatible with Netflix, Hulu, Amazon, and other apps) in the master bedroom, guest bedroom, and living room, along with cable and high-speed WiFi. Start your day with coffee at sunrise and end with a cold beverage on your private balcony’s new dining set, watching the beautiful sunsets.

The kitchen is equipped and includes a Keurig coffee maker and high-end Bosch stainless steel appliances and all the necessary utensils needed to prepare a meal of any size. A beverage/wine refrigerator is located at the wet bar. The ocean-front master king bedroom has an en suite private bath with a tiled walk in shower. The guest bedroom also has a king bed and is located next to the second full bathroom. The ocean front living/dining room opens to the kitchen and has a queen-size sleeper sofa. This condo has beautiful tile flooring throughout, a full-size washer and dryer, Beauty Rest mattresses and sleeps 6 very comfortably.

The condo includes two chairs and an umbrella on the beach which are complementary with your stay during the seasonal beach chair service. A beach service is also available to rent kayaks and paddle boards next to the beach access. The gulf-front pool is accessible within minutes of leaving your condo door. Bring your swimsuits no matter what time of year as the pool is heated from October through May. Two well-maintained gas grills are located adjacent to the pool area.

If you enjoy bike riding or taking a run, this condo is located on the famed 30A which has a 19-mile asphalt running and biking path! Park your car and never have to get in it your entire stay!

Located very close "within biking distance" is Grayton Beach State Park, many coastal dune lakes, and 100's of miles of biking paths through the state parks surrounding the area.

Bring your swimsuit and sunscreen and enjoy all that 30A and BeachCrest 604 has to offer. There’s so much that you can do and explore that one week may not be enough!

An initial Benchmark signature box of amenities is provided for all guests. For the kitchen this includes: 1 roll of paper towels, 1 dish sponge, 1 dish soap, 2 dishwasher pods, 1 pack of kitchen wipes and liners for each trashcan plus 2 washing machine pods. For each bathroom it includes: 1 roll of toilet paper, 1 set of facial and bath soaps/body wash/shampoo/conditioner/lotion. For towels you will receive: 1 body towel/1 washcloth per guest and 2 hand towels per bathroom.

Property was clean overall. Close to the beach...which was great! Umbrella/chairs is a huge plus. Pool was small but seemed nice. Didn't use. Condo...very cute with a nice atmosphere...not a crowded or over decorated feel. Kitchen spacious, but could use a few more items for cooking, storing etc. Otherwise...highly recommend.

My family and I have stayed at Beachcrest many times over the years and love the convenience of the location, the amazing views, the private beach, and the heated pool! We love Seagrove, and all the other 30A communities are close. 604 is beautifully decorated and the mattresses are very comfortable. The kitchen has all the basics we needed. We discovered the secondary bath had a very slow-draining tub, and this was taken care of promptly and to our satisfaction. Unfortunately, the kitchen/living area floors had been vacuumed but evidently not mopped, so no bare feet during our stay! We asked for someone to mop, but never heard back. The only negative about the condo itself is that there are no drapes or blinds in the beach-facing master bedroom, so no way to control the sun or have a sense of privacy from the balcony. We didn't mind, but might not work for someone else. Perhaps this is in the process of being addressed since there are window coverings on the other window in the living area. Regardless, we had a lovely visit and wouldn't hesitate to stay again as long as there are no cleaning issues and the blinds in the bedroom are installed.

Perfect Seagrove Beach Escape
This apartment was perfect for a beachfront escape! The chair service was amazing and we were so comfortable in the condo overlooking the water! I highly recommend this condo and would love to come back again!

While the condo met our expectations and had an excellent gulf view, we were very disappointed that a “beach condo” did not have their own beach chairs! Pretty cheap move for the price they charge. Can’t afford four $25 chairs!

Great location. Rented a golf cart and used it to get around everywhere. Close to many different places. Seaside, The Hub, Watercolor, Grayton Beach, etc. Pool was a bit small and missed a hot tub for the cooler evenings, but Beach was good. We unfortunately hit during a mild red tide for the last days of our stay, but nothing anyone could do about that. Kitchen could use some updated skillets, and we found washer to be a bit in need of a cleaning. A small vacuum would have been great to pick up extra sand brought in from the beach. Overall, great stay!

We stayed here for five nights with friends. Really enjoyed our stay. We LOVE that a set of chairs and umbrella are included with the stay. Kitchen was adequately stocked. If you want any sort of extra blankets or throw blankets those are lacking so bring some! Overall we would stay here again.

Bare Bones but Nice
We've stayed previously at the Beach Crest so knew what to expect, but this was our first time renting this particular unit. The location is central to everything, love that it's right on the beach and has a pool. The ocean was closed due to rip currents on certain days, so it was very helpful to have a pool to cool off in. I also love how the rental comes with an umbrella and 2 chairs that are set-up daily at 9am. No lugging equipment to the beach. The condo itself was nice. I loved the decor, it had upgraded appliances, and a spectacular view, but it was very bare bones. I prefer renting places that are actually owned by owners so it feels more homey and there are things like spices, foil, trash bags, etc. in the cabinets and other items that are useful to have, like books, games, puzzles, beach toys. Maybe it was emptied due to COVID? The company does provide starter items of the essentials. My biggest complaint is there isn't a single carpet/mat in the place, so it was hard not to track sand into the unit. It would have been nice to at least have a door mat. I swept as much as I could, but it was gross walking around barefoot and having your feet turn black. The condo itself had a few minor issues too like falling apart toilet paper holders, the silverware draw just falls out, not on track anymore, and the sliding screen door kept coming off track. The tub was clogged upon arrival, but maintenance came quickly to resolve that. Unfortunately, there are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms. They did have a stand-alone fan in the master bedroom, but it got hot in the other bedroom. We were unable to take advantage of the rental credit that came with the unit through rentgearhere.com. Nothing was available when we inquired about booking during out stay and you couldn't use it for half the stuff since there is already a different vendor on the property. Tropical Storm Fred thwarted our plans and we arrived later in the week, so we didn't book anything prior to our arrival since we didn't know if we were even still coming. I would recommend reserving bikes a month in advance. We rented bikes from the place across the street, which was super convenient, but expensive. Overall it was a lovely stay, but I would book a different unit next time.

Wealthy at check in.
All the floors were wealthy with sand, grit and grime. Especially the bathrooms which is pretty gross. Also I complained to the manager on duty and she blew me off. No attempt was ever made to do any cleaning. I could not go barefoot the whole week inside due to floors being so gross. And we even swept the floors, but they needed scrubbing and moping. Also asked about getting extra towels and I was told to wash the towels I have. I have never been treated like this after spending this much money on a condo. Whatever you do do not go to Beachcrest Condominium at Seagrove Beach. Please spend your money somewhere else. Very dissatisfied and will never go back there. Debbie

Great family trip!
We loved staying in this condo. The location is great. It is updated and very beach. The cleanliness upon arrival could have been better. Tables weren’t wiped down. Besides that it was great. Kitchen was well equipped. The beach chairs also were a plus. We were also very impressed with how well the BEACHCREST employees kept the common areas clean. Would definitely recommend for a family of 4.

Quick trip
Owner allowed us to check in an hour early which helped out tremendously! We were in town for a dinner party and needed to be ready in time. The staff in the condo office were very friendly. Parking was easy. My only complaint would be the cleanliness of the room. Hair was left in shower, fingerprints were left on the mirror, sliding door, microwave, wine fridge and refrigerator. Food particles in the sink and sand all over the floor and couch. If we were staying longer than one night, we would’ve had to do a little cleaning first. My only disappointment. It may have been a rushed clean for the cleaners so I’m not complaining but pointing out the owner may want to check up on the after cleans in the future. It had good reviews, beautiful decor and the location was perfect!

Great beach stay!
We had a wonderful few days at the beach! The condo is perfect for a family of 4. It was clean and had all we needed. The balcony has a perfect view of the ocean - so nice to sit outside with coffee in the morning and take it all in. It was also nice to just walk downstairs and have chairs and an umbrella on the beach. The pool was also nice. It is close to several restaurants in both directions. Bike rental is right across the street and worth it! The only down side was getting away from the condo because you end up in the middle of Watercolor traffic. Bikes are definitely the way to travel. It was a great condo and a great stay! We will return!

Paradise in the sky
Beautiful unit, style & functionality are on point without compromising the relaxed beach vibe. Beautiful views. Well equipped kitchen, gorgeous finishes. A real slice of paradise with a birds eye view of Seagrove Beach. On the downside elevators are in need of maintenance. Lacks even exhaust fans in either &!being stuck is a frightening prospect. But likely that will be repaired & in no way diminishes the beauty of the unit nor the helpful responsiveness of Christopher the owner/ property rep.
