This ground floor porch offers complete privacy while you listen to the sound of the waves from your tub or swivel reading chairs! The newly renovated bathroom next to the bedroom features a marble vanity sink and a walk-in shower, as well as a very useful secondary sink in the nearby powder room. The ground floor also features a brand new Bosch stackable washer/dryer unit.
