Perfect for our family
Publié le 22 juin 2024 sur HomeAwayWe recently stayed at this property and it was exactly what we were looking for. The place was immaculate—clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated. The kitchen was fully equipped, making it easy for us to prepare meals and enjoy them on the balcony or the backyard. We were also satisfied with the grill for quick meals. Pool and hot tub was nice and the fire pit by the pool in the evening was a nice added touch. Location was conveniently located, only a short drive to the beach and walking distance to forest and restaurants. Most importantly, the host responded immediately and even let us check in early. Overall, a good vibe and positive experience.

Perfect location
Publié le 27 nov. 2022 sur HomeAwayWe have stayed in this neighborhood before and we just love it. It's so cute and charming. The house was the perfect location near the pool. Very well appointed. We did have to rewash a few dishes and I would highly recommend a full length mirror somewhere in the house just so you can see what you look like when you get dressed. Also, I made a Pumpkin Pie for Thanksgiving and there was a mixer but the beaters were no where to be found. In addition, the tv in the family room was broke. Management went out and got us a replacement same day and we really appreciated the prompt service. Beds were comfy too. I highly recommend this house. Beautiful and the location is outstanding.

don't recommend air stopped working and it took forever for someone to even return call

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review. I am so sorry that you had to encounter ANY issues at all during your stay with us. It's our goal that all of our guests have a stress free relaxing vacation while staying with us.
Unfortunately, despite our best efforts, sometimes, things still break and need fixed. You reported your air being out at 10:48 pm. We responded before 7 am the following morning and the air conditioning was fixed before noon. While I hate you were inconvenienced, we did respond timely and had the air fixed much quicker than 24 hours. We hope you still had a wonderful stay despite this small issue. We look forward to hosting you again soon :)

Great family getaway

Publié le 2 juill. 2022 sur HomeAwayThis home was perfectly suited for our family! The bedrooms and bathrooms were well designed and stocked. The only request I’d make is a dresser in 2nd bedroom. The kitchen was more perfectly stocked than any other. Pool is beautiful, large and clean. Also private grill was great! I’d give it 5+

Great location, wonderful pool!
Publié le 20 avr. 2022 sur HomeAwayThe house and the community are great- the house is a short walk to the pool (not heated) which is very convenient. The house was very clean and the beds were super comfortable. The location is a good distance from the crowded Destin area- we loved visiting Seaside and Baytowne Wharf. It is a 5 minute drive to the beach and 5-10 minutes from lots of cute restaurants & shops.
Our only complaint about the house was that there were no screens on any of the windows. Coming from chilly MI, we were eager to enjoy the warm Florida breezes, but our only option was to keep a door open. We did call the property mgmt company about this but it was never addressed.

We enjoyed our stay!
Publié le 16 juill. 2021 sur HomeAwayEverything was as described and very enjoyable! I suggest renting a golf cart, and adding a beach setup through the rental company. Both beach access points have LOTS of stairs before sand which can be trying with children or those with disabilities. Beautiful home!
