A week at the beach

When we arrived Saturday, the house seemed great, it wasn’t until we walked in that things took a turn. I did reach out to the property management company Saturday evening & advised of the issues we discovered & asked to speak with the manger of the local office. I finally got a call Sunday afternoon after calling customer service 3 times. I told them about all of the issues we were having, & asked to be compensated for some of our stay because of all of the issues we discovered, and never heard back from them. I asked for a call back 3 times and nothing. I lost a day with my family because of the mold, unsafe bed and cleaning that was not done. I shouldn’t have had to do all of this. There was black mold in the upstairs main shower, that was cleaned but it took 2 hours, the dishwasher was not working the entire time we were there, the bed in the secondary upstairs bedroom was shaking when we got there & the maintenance company had to come fix it Sunday, the floors were dirty when we got there & we had to clean them upon arrival, the counters were dirty & had food on them as well as the table, the hooks in the downstairs bathroom were falling out of the wall, so nothing could be hung on them, the dryer vent was not hooked up to the dryer & the wall and we had to attach it. All of this was discovered in the first 18 hours of being in the house. We will not be back & we were very disappointed.
