The walls in our room were gross and dirty. The sheets were stained. We asked for blankets and were told they would call back but they never did, worst of all we had two people knock on our door at 11 pm asking to be let in and there was nothing good nor safe that was going to come from opening the door. The elevator was gross and smelled. Overall, just a really bad experience.

Sticky everything
Posted Aug. 6, 2024 on HotelsI've had good experiences at Extended Stay in other cities but this one was disgusting. It's a residential hotel full of people with barking dogs, screaming kids, sticky everything in the room, we took a tissue & wiped the counter & the tissue was literally black. Ripped sheets & the bed was basically a metal frame with a giant ravine in the center. We stayed 10 mins max before asking for a refund
