The rooms are great but the pool is dirty and the restaurant is cripplingly expensive. Food is pretentious and over fancy

This was a great property to hang out with friends or family. Cabana price was unreasonable, considering they were not worth the price. Get to the pool early and save your pool chairs for free.

Great place to stay if you want quiet and good beds. Very hot outside but air conditioning worked well. Ice machine couldnt keep up with demand, lol

The pool is wonderful for families. It's a pity that there's not enough chairs or umbrellas. Both of the days we spent there, we had to lay on the grass.

We visit the Flamingo on a regular basis and usually have zero complaints. This visit the hot tub was very cloudy. The hallway in the 200 building has wet carpet and it smelled musty. We ordered the kids French toast and the online menu said it included fruit. Instead we got one piece of bread cut in half for $9. The prices keep going up but unfortunately the up keep on the rooms and grounds aren’t being well kept. Such a disappointment for one of our favorite spots.
