The staff at Hotel E is amazing. Everyone is helpful and friendly. The rooms are quiet, clean, and well stocked with all the necessary bathroom accessories. The downtown stores and restaurants are just a short stroll away from the hotel. Complementary coffee and a light breakfast are served in the morning, and there are tables and seating in the lobby area where you can enjoy a glass of wine, beer, etc. This hotel deserves a 10 rating and we well definitely stay there again when in the Santa Rosa area.

I thought I would try because the reviews were so great and this place was spot on! - staff goes above and beyond to help and super nice - great location to walk to lots of restaurants and bars, parking is easy and have valet for a decent price that is hassle free. Definitely staying there again when in Santa Rosa

I have stayed here in the past and did not realize how close the neighboring entry doors to the rooms are. I felt as though it could be too loud getting in and vice versa with my neighbor. I did not like that the window cannot open even a couple inches, the room was stuffy and I do not like always having to use AC. The facility is still cute as I remember. I did not know if this place offered it, but it would be nice to know if you offer like toothbrush/razor, etc those types of items that may have been forgotten for travel. Also, complimentary waters in the room would have made the stay better.

Lovely but loud
The hotel is actually the old court house which is cool. Room with a king bed was spacious, especially the bathroom. We arrived late on a Sunday afternoon while a mariachi band continued to play loudly in the courthouse park until 8 pm. It was loud! Fortunately, the music stopped but low rider cars continued playing music as they cruised the streets outside the hotel. The staff was helpful and appreciative of the concern but it was out of their hands. All was good until the street sweepers began their job about 5 am.Again, not the fault of hotel. I don’t know how often these events take place, but it is worth noting. The Hotel E probably does not know when this will happen either. A week day stay should not be problematic.

I had the pleasure of spending a long weekend over the July 4th, and I greatly appreciated the hotel’s pet-friendly policy. The establishment was exceptionally clean, and the nearby park added to the experience. Exploring the Sonoma coast was a highlight; it's truly a stunning area.

Perfect Boutique Hotel
This was a really comfortable and well-appointed small hotel, right in the heart of Santa Rosa. The service was great and you are very close to many good restaurants. The bed was wonderful!
